The Society’s next Annual General Meeting will take place at Pegasus Farm & Stockfeed, 108 South Maddingley Road, Bacchus Marsh, Victoria on Saturday 14th September 2019 commencing at 9am.
Please send details of items you would like to suggest for the Agenda to Dierdre Mikkelson at info@britishwhitecattleaustralia.com.au by 29 August 2019.
Nominations are invited for the 3 Council position vacancies arising at the AGM. Any financial Full Member of the Society is eligible to, and is encouraged to, nominate. Nomination forms can be obtained from Dierdre Mikkelson. Nominations must be received by the Secretary by 5pm on 29 August 2019.
If you are unable to attend the meeting in person you can still have your say on the Agenda items by appointing a Proxy. Proxy forms can be obtained from Dierdre Mikkelson and must be received by the Secretary by 5pm on 29 August 2019.
There will be a range of social activities associated with the AGM:
- Friday 13th September, an informal dinner at the Flanagans Border Inn, 139 Main Street, Bacchus Marsh from 7pm.
- Saturday 14th September, there will be a dinner at the Courthouse Hotel located at 116 Main Street, Bacchus Marsh from 7pm.
Activities are currently being planned for the Sunday with a focus on interactive displays or workshops related to British White Cattle. If you have any suggestions or are near Bacchus Marsh and would like to host a farm tour please let us know.
