Heritage Breed British White beef coming to Hagens
The cows are a lot more placid and slow moving so the meat is really tender, with great marbling with a deep, rich flavour.
You’ll see it in stores over the next month, but we’re getting a *seriously* limited amount (only one body every four weeks). So if you’d like a cut, get in touch with your local store or our office to arrange some with your name on it.
