Demand for Brooklands Farm’s British White beef is booming. A trend seen around the country as a result of COVID-19 and social distancing has been growing support for farmers markets in general and locally produced food. There is also a strong interest in regenerative agriculture and grass fed and finished beef. These factors have seen the hard working team at Brooklands, Natalie, Jono and Ruby, look to expand their facilities and production. The Society is fortunate to such terrific ambassadors for the breed and to have welcomed Natalie as a member of Council.
